Be ready for a great trail. This hash is about a 1.5 hour drive, but worth every minute of it. Bring your usual hash stuff, chair, change of clothes, sense of humor, and the most important items, bike and helmet.

It is looking like Patrick B. (who has only hashed 3 times) has a trail idea for this date. Service My Tool will be assisting. Keep your fingers crossed this will work out. It will be near Fort Mountain, somewhere in that general vicinity. We should have a start location soon.
OR................ if you want to go to Pensacola with Jackass................................... Saturday 11/17/07
The basic rundown is this.My brother is wanting to start a mtn. bike hash in Pensacola. I am going down to help him out, and hoping that the folks from the Wheelhopper are willing to help me in leading the way. I am currently working on lodging for those that are willing to travel. For those that do, there should be plenty of room. We have use of two homes, floor space can be used if needed. We have my parents condo, and my brothers house. It should be a good time.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT CAMPING - PLEASE COMMENT IN THE WH3 FORUM SECTION. This is a great trail to ride and if you want to camp, the campsite is away from the other campers. What does that mean? We can do what we like. Bring the usual hash stuff. Chair, bike, water, and a change of clothes.

Word has it that the trail is a mix of Singletrack, Street, and other surfaces. The other fact that I have heard, Beavis, bring gears, this trail is not singlespeed freindly.

This is promised to be a fun tour of Athens & the University of Georgia.
We will have a bar ending, (we don't want to mess with those campus cops that take their jobs too seriously) - so this week the cost of the hash will be $8.

Special Instructions for ride # 270, 9/16/07: There is a parking fee of $3. We will be riding the lovely trails of Ft. Yargo St. Park, near Winder, GA. The trail will be 90% off road; I’d leave the skinny tires at home. The trail will not end in the park. Bring your usual stuff: chair, coozie, sunblock, and a change of clothes. And just incase you have not seen this fact, the is a $3 parking fee.
