In honor of AH4's 25th anniversary (that's the ticket!), Mango and I are having a fabulous yard sale at 434 East Side Ave in EAV, just a few blocks behind the Earl. You may (or may not!) remember it as a stop on a past Halloween Home Crawl and Christmas Pub Crawl, and the end for a Wheelhopper or two.

It's this Saturday, June 16. We'll be there 8AM to 1PM at which point we may need to start drinking heavily.

Items for sale include a black metal queen size bed with mattress, a queen size mattress w/o a bed, a coffee and end table set, washer and dryer, gas grill with propane tank, a big conference table, book cases, 2 TVs, a black TV stand, CD racks, wood crates, several chests of drawers (huh, I said chest), kitchen stuff, metal utility shelves, desks, printers, a black leather sleeper sofa, and all kinds of other fun stuff.

Come on by -- we'll have some beer and bloodies for the early birds; feel free to BYOB.
